I dinged my car in December. After two weeks Zurch had the car assessed; and finally told to have my car at the panel beaters on January the 19th (more than a month after the accident). Well the car is still there and still not repaired (three months). So why does a reputable company like Zurich use incompetent service providers. I pay my insurance instalment every month on time... is it too much to ask to have my car repaired in a reasonable time? Should Zurich not usecompetent panel beaters?
