Internet Banking System has bugs

The ABSA internet banking system does not function correctly:
When doing a EFT and requesting a proof of payment to my e-mail, the system states that my e-mail address is not available in my Profile, while in fact it is on my Profile.
When trying to use the message system to report the fault, the system reports an error that messages can not be sent and I should try again later.
