You updated your banking platform and I now cannot access my internet banking off windows explorer v10.
I called the call center to complain, I was told to install Mozilla so I could do my banking.
Your system changes should not impact me in a negative manner, I now get told my internet banking details are wrong and if I get that message 3 times I have to go into the bank for a hard reset of my pin.
All because you develop a system that does not work on possibly the most popular browser in the world. What are your IT firm thinking?!?!? How can they NOT develop compatibility with Microsoft explorer?
