UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT!!! THIS IS INSANE!

I do ALL my banking via the Internet. A week ago my internet banking profile was locked, middle of a massive project, far from a branch&office times 7am-7pm. No functionality to unlock via the telephone "I am sorry Miss Daniels that is not our policy" (ABSA vs FNB?). After missing all payment deadlines I managed to visit your CT Strand branch, que'd for 45min, asked the teller to open my banking profile & asked her why it was locked in the 1st place, " the system does that at month-end because everyone is trying to do stuff" WHAT!?! I am paying for internet banking&you ABSA people have audacity to force your soon to be ex-customers to take precious weekend time, come to your badly run branches & fix your mistake due to your stupid system! Once done, thanked her& drove 70km home, logged on & it's STILL LOCKED!! I called your center & Junaid told me that my account was not reset&I have to visit a branch! ABSA closes early week/nds, not open on Sunday so I'm for another week since I have a job that prohibits me from wasting my time going to an ABSA branch! I've tried doing this your way&done what you asked! I PAY FOR INTERNET BANKING! FIX THIS ABSA! RESET MY INTERNET PROFILE!
