I'm moving from ABSA to FNB. When opening my account I was told that my card would be delivered to me n 3 days. After a week I got a sms informing me to collect the card from the branch. Speaking to a consultant I was informed that there is a R120 charge for delivery which I was never told about...
Secondly, FND has now asked me twice for the same info that I submitted when opening my account (every time a different department)... Don't they have a system where they can get a customer's details instead bugging me all the time?
Thirdly, a salesman called me a few days later asking if I would like a credit card, as this will help building my credit record, and I'll get 15% eBucks back on fuel purchased on the credit card. After checking their website, it became clear to me that you can only get the 15% when you have most of their services on your portfolio, eg car, life, home insurance and more...
Seems like I just moving from one bad service provider to the next...???
FNB proof me wrong, and I'll consider staying
