Card Delivery - SHOCKING!!!

I ordered my Credit Card to be re-issued and requested a face to face delivery for which i had to pay extra for and therefore expect the service.

My details for delivery were given and on the system and i get a notification from UTI Couriers today that my card has been delivered to the Lenasia branch!!! I work and reside in sandton and they deliver my card to LENASIA??? Where is the logic behind that... i must drive to a township now to collect my card when i have paid to have it delivered???

I need this card as a matter of urgency and now get told by numerous CALL CENTER people that they will have to request a new delivery or destroy the card at Lenasia and order another one!!! Where does this kind of service benefit me at all; this is utter rubish as i clearly stated along with my delivery address that i wanted a face to face delivery. I now have to wait another 5 days??? WHAT ABOUT URGENT does Absa not understand considering this was their mess up??

And do you think you can get through to anyone on a senior level who could assist!!! ABSA bank is a joke and i am considering moving my account elsewhere.
