I applied for a cheque card on 1 June at Centurion Lifedtyle, i was told i could collect my card in 5 to 7 working days. 5 days later i popped into the bank to check if my card arrived. i was then told it was only ordered on the 6th June, and so it would be another 7 to 14 working days. on Saturday i again went to check if my card had arrived, as i can only go into the bank on saturdays as i work 7am to 5pm. I was then informed my card is ready, BUT its at Centurion branch. Why? I did not apply at Centurion Branch. i was told it would take another working day if they requested my card be brought to lifestyle branch. that means i can only get it next Saturday! I decided i would collect at Centurion. i got to Centurion Mall only to be told they dont have my card, its at the branch across the road from the mall, and they close at 11am. So i still dont have my card or access to my Account.
