I applied for a business cheque account in December. The courier company employed by FNB to deliver the card called me saying they would deliver the card but they never pitched on the day we agreed on. We then rearranged for another day, on which they called me and asked if I could meet the delivery guy at the nearest garage/ filling station (I'm assuming this was because he wasn't familiar with the area - which I don't understand) needless to say, I agreed to that. I got to the garage and waited for the guy to arrive but he never did, and when I called them (courier company) to ask where the guy was, then only did they tell me that he had an urgent delivery (implying that mine wasn't as urgent) to make and was not going to make it on time with me, and that they will make another arrangement. That was beginning December and nothing has come my way as yet and we are now in the middle of January. This is unacceptable and FNB should consider using more reliable and customer orientated courier service providers.
