Charged R385 urgent delivery and was 4 weeks late!

On the 7th of January 2013, I went into FNB Northgate to apply for a Platinum credit card. I have been hearing all the adverts for FNB, etc so i thought I would try them out.

I cam with all the information that was required. To cut a long story short, after following up numerous times i was eventually able to pick up my credit card 4 WEEKS LATER!! I received it on the 4th of February 2013.

I am not happy with this, BUT my biggest problem now is that FNB had the nerve to charge me R385.00 for #URGENT CARD DELIVERY FEE! I receive the credit card a month late and i get charged with that amount.

I am extremely disappointed with FNB, and the general lack of service received. I currently bank with Standard Bank, and have never experienced this.
