After ordering a credit card, I was told it would take a week for delivery. I ended up having to follow up numerous times, waiting over 3 weeks. When I activated the card, I see I was charged R385 as an "urgent delivery fee". Firstly, it was not even delivered close to on time with normal delivery, i as not informed of charge, and I did not request a special service - just for my card to be delivered on time as promised. Not good service at all.
