Bad service

We had a house breaking on the 2013/03/15 and the damagde came to about R25000.00! We immediatldy informed the insurens company and they didnt do anything until we begged them to start working on the case! The assessor came out only 3 weeks after the break in! After a week My husband got a call from him claiming he lost all the documentation that was send to him! I resent everything and he had a terrible attitude about me complaining about them! I called the call center at Indwe and spoke to two ladies that couldnt even find the claim on the system! After the 3 rd call I got someone that could help me and transferred me to a George that is handleing the clim! He blamed the assesor and I resent all the documents to him again! I got a call from the assessor about 16:00 on Friday the 2013/04/12 to tell me he submitted his report after a week and that we must up our insurance because we are under insured! I told him this is not true since my husband worked it out and it came to the right amount! In this whole month that has gone by we had to make basicly all the calls to them because they dont phone you back! The claim is a month old and still no anwers just emty promises!
