We armed robbed on the 22nd of January 2013, called the insurance company the nxt morning to log a claim. Spoke to Ryan who logged the claim for me, and advised me that an assesor needs to come out to the property to valuate the goods. I specifically asked what is the time frame as it is the 1st time I'm claiming not sure of the process, i was given a time frame of a week and all will be resolved, ha ha ha what a joke we are going on week 3 and the assesor has still not handed in the report. Firstly Indwe Risk provided the assesor with an incorrect cell phone number therefore assesor could not reach me, i had to look him up upon which he came out a week later, its now been a week since he has been there and still no report has been submitted to Indwe Risk, when i call the call centre i get told that they still awaiting the assesor's report, not their problem i just have to wait, cmon seriously!!! My debit order gets deducted stipually on the given date so i would demand the service i pay for but it seems as though its not your problem as the assesor has not handed in the report. Having suffered a traumatic experience and this is the service i get from my insurer???
