Delay in claim

I logged a claim on the 30/31 Dec after they broke into my house. Indwe send an assessor in Jan 6/7 .The assesor requested I fill an inventory list of things in the house. No one told us that we need to fill inventory of the household contents and is not even reflecting on your contract when claiming. I called the assesor on the 14 to collect the inven tory list, she then advised me to email it. My husband emailed it. Till date no one called us with regard to the status of the claim. When I call today i spoke to Monica from claims, she was very professional and trying her levelbest to assist. When she check on the system there was nothing logged so far. So I want to know if I didnt call who was going to give me feedback? Can someone from tell me what is going on with our claim. Secondly what you say to your clients on the phone is not the same as what on your contract and what your assessors are saying. If we had to go to another service provider let it be so. I 'm even ashamed to tell people who my insurance is. Hope there will be a respond regarding this matte
