Poor service

A friend of mine who is insured by Indwe (I am also insured by Indwe) reversed into me on 11 August 2013. We reported the incident as requuired. I then got an email from the friend asking me to complete the claim form, 2 qoutations and pics of the damage to Mary Van Eeden.

After much back and forth, the final documents were submitted on 29 August 2013. When I followed up with Mary, she informed me that my claim was now with Santam (I don't know where they fit into the picture). I followed up with Innocent Phala from Santam and she informed me that she was waiting for updated qoutations from assessors.

It's now a week since and still nothing. I am insured by Indwe and I must say that the service I am getting from them is trully pathetic. I have now gone through 2 companies for an Indwe Claim. Meanwhile I am driving around for almost 2 months now with a car that smashed and will probably start rusting.
