After blasting FNB (my bank) this morning on HelloPeter, I can only say a very big thank you to Nedbank. In January you approved my car loan within a day and reduced my rate that same day even though I dont bank with you. This week you approved my home loan application in a day (quotation number 16349358~2) - now we just negotiating on the rate before I put my signature to the paper. If only my bank could service their clients with the same speed and efficiency. They have been utterly useless thus far. Well done Nedbank and keep up the great service. I am so happy that you went the extra mile and wanted my business :))) I will highly recommend you to anyone needing a pleasant customer experience!
