I submitted a claim to Indwe Risk Services in December 2013 and to date i have had no joy in resolving my claim. I had the assessor come see me on the 02.01.2014 only to find out on the 22.01.2014 that he failed to submit the report. I have had to call Indwe Risk Services numerous times to find out the progress of my claim. Not once did i receive a call from them letting me know of the progress. I have had to contact them at my own expense only to receive no joy. Only once i logged a complaint on their website did i receive an email apologising, yet still no resolution. Based on my insurance premium i pay every month and the service i received, this is unjustified in the amount of money i pay.
