Money taken from my account without consent

R2660.00 was taken from my account on the 15th of March, I complained on the 19th an 22nd of March on their website. I eventually got a pathetic response on the 3rd of April needing more info to investigate, which I provided, and Olivia Mike has ignored all my emails since. I am now going to the Ombudsman
