I ordered 2 Zando vouchers on the 25th February - the money was debited from my account. The deal was set to close on 1st March, with the voucher expiry date of 19th March. I sent a query through the website on the 8th March enquiring when I will receive my vouchers, as the expiry date is fast approaching, yet I have had no response from Groupon. This really is unacceptable customer service. I either need my vouchers or my money back asap.
