And The banks failure to Follow procedure

I went to South gate to query amounts deducted from my account for airtime purchases as i didn't purchase it myself. They had then said my card had been cloned and gave me a new card they said they would investigate the matter and to no avail they have now passed the buck onto MTN where they want me to now query the matter, i phoned MTN and Queried the matter yet i have no Reference number for those transactions on my statement. after absa had said i have registered on some MTN Easy recharge site, to my knowledge and to MTN'S systems i have not subscribe to such a service. all i know is that i have lost the money yet still haven't received an answer as to how this happened leaving me More concerned with banking with such a bank that is so easily hacked and even easier to have the blame passed on. i pay for a service with Absa which they are clearly not providing leaving me the consumer of there faulty product with an empty bank account as well as empty pockets. The Reference number given is # 2273657
