FNB got its own Steve, and is worse than mmm bank

FNB doesn't offer anything for small businesses. Only promises, and then no response!

More than a month ago I applied for a business loan, but was told that I should rather make use of an over draft since I only needed a temporally solution.

Then Mark van der Merwe told me to bring in my Financial statements, which I did. He looked at everything, and told me its in order and that he'll send it to his finance department.

For a whole month I got no reply, and then when I went to FNB this week to find out whats going on, he just said sorry, he'll phone and find out, and then phone me back before 3.

The next day I had to drive back to the bank, cause you cant phone him... he never answers. And then I was told, sorry FNB cant help me.

I dont expect FNB to just give me money, but does it really take more than a month to tell me that.

And then when I asked Mark straight what does FNB actually offer small businesses, I was told not much, and nothing for my business at the moment, cause I'm not big enough. (got a voice note to proof this)

So thank you FNB, i'm not the only company thats got problems with Mark van der merwe, but i'll be sure to find a bank that is willing to help.
