On Thursday, 31 January 2013, I sent one of my employees to deposit change from my 4 business into my bank account to make sure there is funds available for all my debit orders on the 1st. All my businesses sell airtime and a lot of small money come in daily. As our local Standard bank has been out of money bags now for a month we are unable to bank this change daily or every second day. I've .tbeen told the bags will arrive the next day and this is the reason that I could not hold on to the change any longer.
The money was handed back to my employee and was told that she will not except this deposit of change. I've been banking with Standard bank for 14 years and the attitude of the staff at our local branch is just getting worse, as if they are doing me a favor. Obviously business is booming at SB!
