Two week wait and 48 hour promised

I applied for an FNB loan after they told me I qualified for R19000. I did all I had to do and sent in all documentation they required. They sent me my loan agreement via E-mail and they said I do not have to sign it has they had already read it to me over the phone. After numerous calls to find out what is happening to the loan I receive and sms saying I need to have my details verified at the bank. As i was on my way to Nelspruit on a business trip I stopped in Witbank and sat in the queue at the bank for 2 hours but managed to verify my address. that evening I received another sms saying I need to fax my loan documents to them (the ones they sent me) As i was still on a business trip I had to go to Postnet to get my contract printed and them to fax it for me. this cost me R60. I then get a call from the call centre saying they have a new offer of R20000. I said do I need to go back to the bank and send more details and paperwork through. I was told no. last night at 21h00, another sms. i must now send my bank statement. I did this 2 weeks ago. I am so irritated and annoyed. We dont apply for loans for fun.
