We have had our Mini ATM installed end of January this year 2013, we only used it for a month and then it stopped working. We repoted the matter and were told that it was a national issue. We were advised to order another ATM which we did beginning of April already - when we placed an order we were promised delivery within a week - this has not happened.
We have been following up with Linda Mtolo from your self service delivery division in DBN - nothing is happening. He keeps telling us that the ATM is comming.
We have a business to run here, we decided to partner with FNB because we thought your business supports small businesses like us - instead you are a huge barier.
I want someone to refund us our rental amount for March and April because we clearly paid for a service we did not receive. Once the refund is done, I can't wait to move our business account to another bank that wants to work with small businesses.
Our partnership with FNB has been a complete waist of time!
