We are a business, with not too small an annual turnover, based in Centurion and trying to get a representative from FNB out to our premises as we want to move our bank account to FNB due to all the benefits and good service they claim to offer in their adverts. No success, no response. Numerous phone calls to them and promises to get back to us and 3 months later - still nothing. Maybe Steve does not know it but maybe *beep* bank really is better and I should rather try and contact then for a response? Does FNB not want new business?
