HUGE EMBARRASMENT

After changing banks to move over to FNB, i am wondering if this was such a good idea
I am a small one man busines turning over between R85000, 00 and R100000, 00 per month, I know this is nothing compared to other businesses. So around July last year i applied for a small overdraft, which i received. The nearly 3weeks ago i e-mailed my business lady at my branch asking for a another small over draft, to which i get mail bank telling me i have been listed with ITC for R325, for bank charges, i was not even made awre that i had been handed over let alone listed. On hearing this i go straight down to FNB, pay the money sort every thing out
Well FNB was quick enough to hand me over and have me listed for actually R294 (balance made up of charges) when i have a very active business account running. 3 weeks later this is still not sorted out, as apparently ITC take their time
On Tuesday 12 Feb 2013 off to dischem i go to get pescription medication, take out my FNB Bussiness card to pay, and lone behold i get told its INVALID, thank you FNB for cancelling that card without my knowledge, the run around i have had at my expense because of you, UNACCEPTABLE, should I now close this account
