Nedbank sets my ITC and Experian report as late

I would like to know from Nedbank why, after 6 months of good payments (after a payment arrangement) - they would set my account as 9 MONTHS behind on ITC and Experian?

I've kept to my arrangement and have paid on time, every month after arranging a repayment term with them.

It is ridiculous to mark my account as "CURRENT" for 6 months and all of a sudden I'm 9 months behind the next month? Ive kept to my arrangements. Whats the story?

Im almost finished paying my car, I owe something like R5500 from a R214000 account, I do not deserve this now.
