I took out a personal loan with nedbank and i failed to pay it, tried calling to make arrangement but the number i had didn't exist.i finally went on to their website, logged a query and i was assisted by Cindy moonsamy, i must say she was very helpful.i made an arrangement with her regading my payment.now when i check my credit record with both experian nad transunion my account is listed as being written off.i'm still young and would still like to purchase a house and i can't due to that.can the satus on transunion and experian be updated as i'm making payments every month now, the account was written off but payment is now being made, i would just like it to be cleared please.
