Experian Default Listing (Enforcement)

I have a bond account with Nedbank, which unfortunately went into arrears a year (2012 March) ago, the arrangement made with the bank was followed through until the end of the term agreed upon.
I was however shocked this year (2013 May) when i pulled my credit reports with both Transunion, Experian and XDS, and noted that this account has never been updated accordingly on those bereaus, so i contacted them and was informed that instruction must come from Nedbank, I made countless phone calls to Nedbank, i spoke to Malcom Muthree (not sure spelling), Reshni to name but a few, everyday since may the response was always different and now am really fed up with this issue, maybe moving my bond to another bank that might care to listen to clients will help in this regard. Its very simple the account is longer at collections/handed- over so why am i stilll listed as such on ITC? Please resolve this matter ASAP since it has been going on for more than two months now just to send an instruction to ITC (does it take this long?). I am bank- hunting if this is not resolved soon.
