WISH TO SETTLE

I phoned the Nedbank call centre this morning for the loans, collections department. Gave the consultant, (I have their names) my id and obviously answered their security questions. I made the call from a cellphone so every fricken time I had to wait my airtime was running low. I told these consultants that I wish to possibly settling my account through the bank where my bond is held. I told the consultant in order for me to do this I need confirmation in writing seeing that they record these things evrytime that I made arrangement to pay a lesser amount due to retrenchment. I was told by one of these gentleman thar they wont be able to help with thus. I am very unhappy cause I can get the money from the other institution, using my house as leverage. And the other that is hard to swallow, my name now reflects negatively on the ITC, which was not my doing but the fact that I got retrenched. I want this sorted cause otherwise I must close my account and take the existing with Nedbank elsewhere.
