They dont want to settle my account

I had two loans with Nedbank, then I had finance problems whereby i couldnt pay my instalment. they phoned as alway making arrangements. then i decided to settle my accunts, the other account was paid in full no stress. the other account are paid in segments since i couldnt tranfer all the money at once, 7200, then 15000 then 2000. after making this payments nedbank called me and told me that I'm 409.84 short on my accout i need to pay that amount and close the account otherwise it will accumulate charges. I payed 409.84 on friday, 22/11/2013 then when i phoned from the bank to close the account they said they wont be able to see it as it is too soon, it takes 48hrs to reflect. Today when i call to close the account they are now saying im owing them 6600. WHAT HAPPEND TO MY MONEY??? AND WORSE BEFORE I COULD SEE EVERYTHING ON MY FINANCIAL LIFE NOW YOU I CANT LOG IN TECHNICAL ERROR ALL THE TIME. NEDBANK . SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH A GOOD LAWYER, MONEY DOES NOT GROW ON TREES. I OWED THEM, YES, BUT THEY MUST NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME. WHY DID THEY CALL AND SAY I MUST PAY R409.84???
