I had to complain here to get a problem sorted out. it took almost 3 months to figure out they have wrong banking details. after i asked each time if they were correct. then only to hear that the first payment we made has still not been allocated, and that the medical aid is still not active. Really???!!! after we told the lady we did pay, she said they will check and get back to us, still waiting. we got a sms today saying that we need to pay before the 11th of April, today is the 12th of April.if this is the service that i will be getting i think i will pay more and get a better medical aid. i really hope that this will be sorted out! i have made a payment today, using a ref nr they have supplied, i hope that this one is allocated, and the first one as well! and that we will get feed back.
