RCS have not allocated a total of R1456.00 to my account. After constantly being harassed by your call center saying I have not made payment I went back and checked every payment made via EFT, payments have not been allocated for November 2012, August 2013, and December 2013. I want this matter sorted immediately, I have been threatened that I am being handed over, when in fact it is your Head Office that have not done their job. I will take this matter further if it is not resolved today! You should not offer EFT as a method of payment if you are unable to allocate payments properly! I have emailed all statements and proof of payment to head office and marked off where payments were allocated and also where your head office chose not to allocate payments made. Totally unacceptable that I have had to spend my time doing this and that I have been harassed non stop by your call center! sort this out today!!!
