I requested a settlement letter on the 22 April 2013 and also received it on the same day the settlement amount was R3795.70 and it was only Valid for 7 days from the time of receipt i made both payment from my internet Banking (Standard Bank) the one payment was made on the 23rd of April 2013 of R3000.00 and on the 24th of April 2013 i made another Payment of R795.70 the one payment is allocated but what about the R795.70 now African Bank deducted trough Debit order the normal installment of R500.00 in end April and now again in May this madness where is my money from the settlement they are very quick to deduct money from you but if push comes to luck they don't send me a paid up letter I WANT MY REFUND and that money to be allocated!!!
