SHOCKING SERVICE!!!

I'm really sick and tired of calling your caller centre every month about the same thing. I want somebody with a little bit of brains to find out what the is going on!!! Why is it when i make payments towards my mother's acc using the ref: 75568324 for (L.M Mahlakwane) her payments gets allocated to my account with ref: 46721520 (S.I Mahlakwane) WHY??? her acc was suspended last month even after i made a cash payment at Checkers, for some weird reason the amount was allocated onto my acc, and i had to pay the reconnection fee this month even if it was not my fault! I was gonna let this go for peace sake but now, i want a refund!! i'd rather give that money to the the poor, i work very hard for my money! The same thing is happening again this month, i made 2 payments using 2 different ref at PEP and now today her account was suspended, the payment is allocated onto my acc AGAIN!!! I'm being told the retailers are making a mistake on their side, now this is cause i even check on their systems to make that the money gets allocated to the correct account. How can 2 different stores make the same mistake. What the is going on??? I want this sorted out today!
