I made an eft to Multichoice but I put an incorrect digit and the payment was never allocated this was done on the 24/10/2012 I then went to Nedbank parktown to have the incorrect details removed and I corrected the details of the correct account in November and they manually reversed the payment and the lady said it was allocated to thethe correct account. 2 date Multichoice has still not received this payment and I need this traced it was rectified in November 2012 for the amount of 260 and I need this payment emailed to me. So that I can have it allocated to my account. I am tired of having to phone around and not get anywhere with this.
