Payment not allocated!

I made a payment of R690 in November 2012 via Internet Banking.
I mailed them the prove of payment immediately - now the cant find the payment and my account is now in arrears!
The lady eventually got back to me last week (January 2013), after numerous e-mails and told me that the account has been updated, attached is the statement, which wasn't even my statement!!
Its the wrong name, wrong account, wrong card number and a Queenspark account which I dont even have.
I replied and told her that they allocated the payment to the wrong person, and her response was that the payment was allocated to the account number on the proof of payment.
That is my account number but not my account! (It was a A Reinecke from Wierda Park's statement).
I used that account number on all the previous proof of payments as it is automatically saved.
The money is now lost, and this is the 2nd time this has happened (the first time they told me the Bank cut the last 4 digits of the account number so they didn't knew who's account it was).
