I have absolutely had it with Edgars!! I had a payment due in September on my account and i had also made a purchase, the incompetent tiller lady allocated my account payment to the purchase i was making, after she clearly stipulated that that would not happen and that payment would be allocated to my account. i have been harassed weekend after weekend for payment, even after hours.
I have been to customer service with the the proof that i have made payment and they even phoned the head office and told me that they will have everything sorted out!!! It is now nearing the end of November and things are not sorted out.
Every time i phone Edgars regarding this whole situation they keep wanting me to send the blady document to them, how many copies do they want!!! I want this sorted out immediately as well as for Edcon to send a letter to the credit Bureau stating that this was their own staffs incompetence and not mine!!! Believe me, I am now going to take legal action if this is not sorted out within 24 hours.
Edgars does not give a about who they over.. i have been very loyal with my account and i have never ever missed a payment.
