Ordered Credit Card - Still no response

I ordered my credit card on Thursday 4 April. A lady called me Friday. Took all my details and said I have been approved and my card will be delivered. Today its the 11th and I still haven't received my card. On the website it states:

Free card delivery within 3 working days

Please assist me with this as I need the card urgently.
