I applied for a credit card on the 4th June, got an SMS that the application had been received the next day I got a call from the credit card division or whatever that the credit card had been approved and that it should take between 3-5 working days. Today the 13th June I went into the bank and they claiming they haven't received all the documentation which I think is ridiculous because I submitted everything. "How can we help you? " Really now.
