Pathetic and Incompetent

On the 7th of November, I recievied a sms to tell me :
Please urgently contact the FNB Credit Card department on 011 352 2477 or 011 352 5910. We need you to confirm the authenticity of a transaction on your FNB Credit Card for R 89.59 at MONICA HOTEL 117200
For security reasons we have blocked your FNB Credit Card.
Please contact us if you need any more information.

Which I did, the new card was ordered on the 14/11/2013. On the 3/12/2013 I spoke to Kevin, and he couldn't tell me where the new card is, after being sent from pillar to post, I spoke to the "team leader" Sabelo and ordered once again a new card, which was suppose to be delivered in 3-5 working days. Today the 10/12/2013 still no card. Phoned again spoke to Moses he couldn't tell me where the card is. Spoke to Dumisane, he took down my delivery details ONCE AGAIN, and will come back to me as to when I can expect my card. In the interim I can't pay on my card nor can I make any purchases!!! Very inconvenient especially during the festive season. This is a NO win situation, for the bank or for me the "valued" customer!
