I have applied for a credit card and have been waiting for the last 2 weeks for it to be delivered. I have called FNB numerous times to find out where the card is and no one can give me any information. Firstly i had asked for the card to be delivered to the Clearwater Mall branch and instead they decide to send it to my work address. Now i'm in a situation where i need the card urgently and no one can tell me where it is and when i will get this. I'm extremely frustrated as i'm getting no help. All i want to know is where the card it and when i will get it!!
