The afternoon of Monday 13 May 2013 i upgraded my credit card to a gold credit card, this is now Friday 17 May 2013, and i have received no call for a card but the annual account fees were taken when i pressed the button, on the website of the golden credit card it states: "Free card delivery within 3 working days" WHAT NOW?
Also on the internet banking site there is a problem because my old account were linked to ebucks and this one is not! SO WHAT NOW?
