No communication - Credit Card App

I applied for a credit card through FNBs online application it was a approved and I agreed to the T&Cs filled in my delivery details and they page states it can take from 3 working days to be delivered. I received a call from FNB the following week in which I was busy so the adviser sms'd me to send a copy of my ID with my reference number, which I did. I haven't heard anything from FNB so I called the contact center who stated they received my ID copy and now would send to another team.

It seems to me that FNB is trying to avoid me not help me. Poor customer experience.
