Still waiting for my credit card

I applied for a credit card online with FNB exactly a month today and I have not received my card as yet. I have made numerous calls to their call centre/head office in the past two weeks trying to establish when my card will be delivered to my branch Jabulani Mall. But a simple process of delivering a card seems be the most difficult thing to do for FNB. I have been promised each time I call that my card will be available in three to four working days, but two weeks down the line I'm yet to received this illusive card. I'm very off with FNB. I applied for that card because I want to use it. At some stage a lady promised to get back to me but she never did. In the other instance a lady game me Mr. Delivery's contact number and asked me to contact them personally-shocking really.
