Smartphone Lie

I am very unhappy with the way that Fnb handled my smartphone application. I applied for the smartphone s3 and was phoned by a Fnb consultant who told me that I qualified for the device despite me not having a debit order on the account because I don't have any debit orders to my name. I was told that I qualify without the debit order because I've been with Fnb for more than 2 years. I specifically asked him if I am getting the device and he said yes and told me that the couriers will contact me within 10 to 15 working days. Then today I got an sms that said to give my debit order information to do a switch. When I phoned them they said that I now don't qualify for the device any more when I asked to speak to the particular consultant they said that they don't now who phoned me despite making sure u know the phone calls are recorded. I feel that I've been to and it cost me a lot of airtime to get no answers just that I need to make a debit order somewhere. So I must make extra credit to get this credit
