Misleading information

On 1 September a fonemechoice sales consultant named Sibongile Zikalala phoned me selling me a Nova tablet she said it comes with a free smartphone that has blackberry features, i asked for the tablet features and Nondumiso Gumede emaileed me the full brochure. i replied via email, to Nondumiso asking her to confirm the smartphone as it was not specified in the brochure she sent me earlier. Sibongile phoned and confirmed to me that the tablet comes with a smartphone and i made an order based on what she told me. after two days the order was delivered at my work place, i opened it and the smartphone was not there! immediatley i emailed Nondumiso and Sibongile informing them that the smartphone was not delivered as they have promised and i am now cancelling the order due to their misleading information to make a quick buck from the customer but to date they have not responded to my email, i even phoned their offices asked the lady called Pumeza to cancell the order as well as sending the driver to pick up their parcel. the driver came after two days and i emailed Roegmah Peterson who apologised on behalf of fonechoice but said my debit order wont be cancelled
