Hi

I opened a new FNB Cheque account and applied for the Smart Device offer, when I spoke to M Reed I wasn't told that I wouldn't qualify for the Smart Device if I had changed my salary details with my employer myself, even though I had stated that in the initial conversation.

I am now informed due to me having handled it personally I won't qualify for 3 months. I find this frustrating as I spoke to M Reed and the Debit Order department and not once did ANYONE say that I wouldn't qualify for the offer IN FACT I was told my the debit order department it wasn't going to be a problem.

Not at all happy with the level of service received!
