Our underwriter assisted our client Ms Mokwena with a policy in which the client had many questions and needed lots of help and re assurance as she was being moved from anotehr insurer. While i was on leave the client called in and needed assistance with regards to deductions and prorata questions and Cindy assisted without passing the buck. Thank you for helping out.
