In regards to the complaint I had put through regarding the agent that I talked to
Standard bank had looked in to it and got back to me by calling and emails, a lady called me and heard my side and said they will deal with it, I was happy that she did and how while she talked, for me that a wow!!!
I will be paying off my loan by month end and I will still do my banking with yol, thank you for your feed back (Sabuelo, Audrey A) and the lady that called me the other day, sorry I forgot your name.
