Being a Prestige’s banker means nothing to STD

I want to increase my credit card limit, so I decided to phone prestige's banking. My account is R150 over drawn because of STD who processed a payment late, so now I get penalized. When I tried to discuss this with them, they simple referred me to somebody else, and this is the usual standard bank strategy. If they don't have an answer they transfer you to somebody else. Let me tell you, you pay extra bank charges but having a prestige bank card means nothing...!! No better service...!! Maybe moving my account from ABSA was a big mistake..
